This Bachelor's Degree of persuasive technology explores a dynamic, interdisciplinary field of research that focuses on the design, development and evaluation of interactive technologies that use persuasion and social influence techniques to influence people’s behavior. It is used in any area of human-human or human-computer interaction and it is applicable to sales, diplomacy, politics, religion, military training, public health, and management. The design of persuasive technologies can be seen as a particular case of design with intent. The ultimate goal is to encourage the adoption of healthy habits.

Bircham International University distance learning degree admission requirements differ depending upon the Faculty and the major of study. There is no discrimination with respect to race, color, sex, beliefs and/or religion. A minimum of 30% of the total number of credits required by any adult degree program syllabus has to be transferred from previous education and/or validated from professional experience in order to gain admission. A maximum of 20% of the total number of credits required by the distance learning degree program can be transferred from professional and life experience. More info...
