Organizational Studies via distance learning
This program of organizational studies examines how individuals construct organizational structures, processes, and practices and how these, in turn, shape social relations and create institutions that ultimately influence people. Both, public and private institutions demand new organizational models to adapt to the rapidly changing global, socioeconomic and technological environment, to improve efficiency and to cope with change. Organizational studies are important because the borders between a well-defined organization and customers, citizens, businesses and professionals are more and more undefined.
