Social Community Management via distance learning
This program of social community management studies how to ensure that all content being shared with the online community has a purpose and meets the expectations and needs of followers and the target audience. A community manager is responsible for advocating a brand on social networks, scheduling, posting, and engaging on all social networks content. They create their own social users and actively go out within the online community to connect with potential customers and advocate accordingly. Social media managers essentially act as actual brands while community managers represent themselves on behalf of the brand they’re promoting. Social community management is essentially a public relations function.
